Kenneth R. Fabre', (Ordained Minister + Servant-Leader + Juris Doctorate) faithfully serves as the City Attorney and Head of the Legal Department for the City of Baker Louisiana. Ken also serves as Assistant District Attorney for Louisiana's 18th Judicial District Court.  Ken serves as an Honor Corps Member of the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) and is an alumnus of its National Litigation Academy which is a fellowship and training association for like-minded Christian legal advocates and attorneys, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is a distinguished member of the Louisiana District Attorney's Association.

Ken gratefully and eagerly serves on the Louisiana State Board of Directors for Child Evangelism Fellowship, CEF, an international children's outreach ministry headquartered in Warrenton, Missouri, with offices in 192 nations around the world. For 80 years, CEF has had as its primary Mission, to Evangelize young unchurched children, Disciple them in God's Word and then plant them in a local Church.

Founder of POPAPIC, Inc. (People of Potential and Purpose in Christ), Ken was given a burden, vision, and assignment from the Presence of the Lord in the early 1990's, which is to introduce children, youth, and adult believers to the Manifest Presence of God, wherein and whereby the Lord Himself can reveal to them personally the existence and magnitude of His Potential and His Purpose for the life of each individual. Ken is also an author with a recently published book on prayer entitled, “God’s Process thru Kingdom Intercession”. He has recently recorded and released to the Body of Christ a Prayer and Intercession through Worship CD, entitled “CLOSET WORSHIP”, both of which are available. Finally, Ken created, produced and served as Host of the live call-in, TV program, "Calling To Know God", CTKGtv.
